Important Booking Information
- Hall Hires Only - We only provide indoor hires from 16th October 2024 to 10th March 2025
- Booking Fees - A non-refundable booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
- Final Payment - The remaining balance can be paid cash on set up or via the link the day before your event.
- Cancellations - If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, 50% of the balance is due. If you cancel on the day, the full balance is required.
- Venue Bookings - Please allow up to 1 hour before and after your party for setup and collection.
- Outside Hires - Deliveries are between 6:30 am - 11:00 am, depending on our route for the day. Collections start from 5:00 pm.
- Late Pickups - Any hires requiring pickup after 5:30 pm will incur an additional charge. The latest pickup is 9:00 pm, after which an overnight hire fee applies.
- Ifyou would like it over night please note there is a £60 charge for this.

Please note: We only hire where mains electricity is available. We cannot hire on council land without written permission.

Please note: Due to safety concerns, we cannot carry bouncy castles up to second-floor buildings.
