OUTDOOR HIRES: Deliveries take place between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM, with pickups from 5:00 PM. A £10ph charge applies for pickups after 5:30 PM. We can not give persific time of drop off and collection as this is done in the quickest route on the day....
Please allow 1 hour before and after your event for setup and collection incase staff get stuck in traffic or at job before.
If need pick up after 5.30pm you will be charged an additional fee.
Important Booking Information
- A non-refundable booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking.
- If your booking is cancelled due to bad weather, the booking fee is valid for 12 months.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash on setup or via the payment link before your event.
- Cancellations: If cancelled within 48 hours of the event, 50% of the balance is due; if cancelled on the day, the full balance is required.
- Venue Hires: Please allow 1 hour before and after your event for setup and collection if need pick up after 5.30pm you will be charged an additional fee.
- Winter Bookings: From October to March, we only provide indoor hires at halls and venues.
- Final pickup at 9:00 PM; later pickups are charged as overnight hire.
